- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum experience required 2. Cases: Inpatient or outpatient oncology experience required 3. Certifications: PA state license required (will consider pending if applied at submission); BCPS, BLS, Chemo/Hazardous Drug, IV Certification, PharmD, RPh required; AHA or ARC only; all pharmacists/pharm techs must have PA state license by 6/28/26 4. License: PA state license required; no license hits accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC Beacon experience required; EPIC experience heavily preferred 7.
