Certifications: PA state license required (will consider pending if applied by submission); BCPS, BLS, Chemo/Hazardous Drug, IV Certification, PharmD, RPh required; AHA or ARC only accepted 4. License: PA state license required by 6/28/26; no license hits accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC Beacon experience required; EPIC experience heavily preferred 7.
