Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Pharmacist
Shift: Variable/ 8’s/10’s, 40hrs/week
Length: 13 Weeks
Variable 8 hour day/eve and 10 hour night shifts. No call. Possible weekends as needed.
Requirements:
- WI license
- 1 year of experience
- Successfully completed NAPLEX required
- Inpatient staffing experience
- AHA BLS
- Vancomycin AUC dosing, Aminoglycosides dosing, Heparin dosing/monitoring, TPN management/monitoring. IV Room experience not required but must understand USP 797 and be able to tabletop meds or make sure techs are making IV’s correctly
- BCPS preferred

Must living within 80 miles of the facility.
