- Unit Notes:HOSPITAL MANAGERS HANDLE THE INTERVIEWS Retail Pharmacist needed- asap start Store days: Mon-Sat Hours: 10-hour shifts, 4 X week; including some Saturdays Typical shifts Staffing hours would be as follows: (normal shift is 10 hours/per day) 0745-1915 Monday Friday 0800-1715 Saturdays Locations traveler can float to: Washburn Location (potentially would cover other locations, based on coverage needs for the day) On campus- out patient pharmacy Off site location- 5 miles from Hospital- has drive through Grocery Store Pharmacy- 3 miles away from Hospital They will schedule in advance for a couple weeks at a time at one location They would like 13 weeks or longer Cancellation Policy:The number of hours a traveler can be cancelled will depend on shift/contract length. Can cancel 1 shift or 8, 9, 10 or 12 hrs for 12 weeks or less. 2 shifts or 16, 18, 20, 24 hrs for 13 18-weeks. 3 shifts or 24, 27, 30, 36 hrs for over 19 weeks. Charting System:EPIC BSN Required: License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level:3 Care Setting:Outpatient Division:Nursing Shift Notes:0745-1915 Monday Friday, 0800-1715 Saturdays Required Certifications:BLS Certification
