Requirements
- Required certification: Pediatrics
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission (minimum 18 months per general policy) 2. Cases: Pediatric MedSurg, Pediatric Step Down/Telemetry experience required; specific skills include hyperbilirubinemia, insulin administration, breastfeeding support, feedings, NG tube placement, IV therapy, pediatric dosage calculations, respiratory care 3. Certifications: BLS and PALS required; must be AHA or Red Cross only (RQI cards not accepted) 4. License: IL license require
