- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must have NICU experience and experience with peds, trach/vent 2. Cases: Prematurity, AOP, ROP, BLD/CLD, Cardiac defects, Feeding issues, NAS, iatrogenic NAS 3. Certifications: RN MD state license, BLS, CPI required; ACLS preferred; BLS/ACLS/PALS AHA only; NRP or AAP only 4. License: Active MD or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Alternating Day/Nights 36H; EOW; every other weekend required; holidays required as scheduled; on-call not required 8. RTO: Must be included at initial submission, cannot be changed once offered; should not exceed 7 days; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week added to contract 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be gone 12 months before returning as traveler; return travelers must be away 6 months from system 10. Travel/Local: Locals under 50 miles not allowed; candidate's permanent residence must be 50+ miles from hospital 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, factored in NBO 13.
