- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required with pediatrics experience required; 3+ years preferable 2. Cases: CVPICU (Cardiovascular Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) 3. Certifications: Not specified 4. License: Active RN license in state or compact license required; pending licenses not accepted 5. Education: BSN preferred for Le Bonheur Children's positions 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage as needed; no block scheduling accommodated 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; no RTO honored after submittal 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent and internal associates must be separated for one year before eligible to return; must verify rehire eligibility if previously employed 10.
