- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years PACU experience required; 1-3 years ICU experience required; no first timers 2. Cases: PACU and ICU work settings required; Trauma Level I & II experience preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, PALS required; TNCC preferred; must be obtained before starting 4. License: CA license in-hand required with submission, no EMSA; recent Nursys required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4 x 10 hour variable shifts M-F (0800-1830, 0900-1930, 0930-2000); 24 hours weekend on-call per month; one weekday on-call per week (Monday-Friday 2300-0700) 8. RTO: All RTO must be on initial submittal; any time off requested after submission will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; floating to Santa Paula Hospital may be required during low census 11. Background: Not specified 12.
