Requirements

- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; inpatient acute PACU is hardstop requirement 2. Cases: Surgical and procedural, trauma, general, orthopaedics, spine, urology, neuro, vascular, cardiology-EP/pacemaker/watchman, endoscopy; pre and post procedural regional blocks performed 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCRN, PALS, CPAN required; copies required at submission; Trauma Level I and II experience preferred 4. License: Valid CA License in hand required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: One call shift per week required; patient ratios 2:1 for days/nights/weekends 8. RTO: No more than 7 days; must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Required 14.
