License: License in hand preferred; otherwise must apply for MN license through Aya project when offer accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8s and 12s with start times 0530, 0700, 0800, 0930, 1100; no on-call required 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days; must communicate vacation plans between sign date and start date 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as permanent staff or per diem 10. Travel/Local: 100 mile radius; locals not accepted except for Radiology positions 11. Background: Cannot proceed if open case; all hits reviewed during compliance; fingerprinting required 12. Modules: Pre-start modules required, average 8 hours, $150 stipend provided; onsite Epic/Excellian classes billable 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Provided by unit 15.
