Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years preferred - all surgeries except hearts; pediatric experience required; critical care strongly preferred; Level II trauma experience preferred 2. Cases: All surgeries except hearts; ortho, neuro, general, urology, dental (Adults and PEDs), GYN, PEDS ENT (T & A, BMT, etc); experience with nerve blocks, chest tube insertions, central lines, intubation and A-lines 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS and NIH required 4. License: Pending license accepted with submission, must be active before start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Monday to Friday; call required 6-8 days per month (varies); self-scheduled; minimum of 1 weekend shift per contract 8. RTO: RTO required with submission; no pre-approved time off; expect to work some holidays 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local radius 50 miles; local rule - not accepted; travel experience required 11. Background: On-site drug screen conducted with 11 panels; failure results in cancellation 12.
