Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – PACU
Shift: Mids, 10a-10:30p, 12×3, 36hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Call between 3-5 weeknight shifts in a 6 week schedule period, 2030-0700
There is also a weekend call requirement and it is typically 2-4 weekend call shifts in a 6 week schedule period (this is not full weekends every time but just single weekend shifts)
Requirements:
- KY license
- 2 years of acute care RN experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Nursing Diploma or associate’s degree (ASN)
- Epic experience
Other Details:
- 2:1 ratio
- Galaxy Blue scrubs (not provided)
- RN must manage vents, CPAP, epidurals, A-lines, PICCs
- Skills: blood draws, feeding tubes, PCA pump, trach care, rapid infuser
- Strong PACU skills required, including post-anesthesia recovery care
