- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years PACU required; Phase I and II experience required; ophthalmology experience required (hard stop); first-timers accepted with 5 years PACU experience (hard stop) 2. Cases: Ophthalmology, orthopedics, cataracts, general surgery, robotic surgery, plastic surgery, podiatry, GYN, breast surgeries 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, PALS required 4. License: CA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; charting system Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: Post shift call required 1800-2100; on-call required; patient ratios 1:2 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; 7 days maximum; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment with location and dates 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower bill rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
