- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years PACU experience required; no first time travelers 2. Cases: Majority oncology patients; acuity varies from outpatient to ICU level care; specialty surgeries include flap reconstruction (ENT, breast, and other), thoracic, neurosurgery 3. Certifications: ACLS required 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 1200-2030, no weekends, no call 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; RTO required with submission and must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after being away 6+ months; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start; urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required immediately after signing contract 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
