- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; strong ICU experience required (hard stop) 2. Cases: Trauma Level I experience preferred; specializing in traumatic injury management 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; must be AHA only; CPI Certificate required for most units 4. License: MD State License or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Alternating shifts (days/nights); 1-2 twelve hour call shifts per 6 week schedule required; weekend and holiday coverage required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; cannot exceed or be changed once offered; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week added to contract 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be gone 12 months before returning as traveler; return travelers must be away 6 months from system 10.
