- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 18 months recent OR experience; must have 18 months permanent experience in specialty applying for prior to travel 2. Cases: Scrubbing and circulating, robotic, GU, GYN, General cases 3. Certifications: AHA BLS required; required certifications must be active with nothing pending 4. License: Must have permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission; compact licenses accepted for starts 1/1/23 and forward; facility does not accept any license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Takes call on nights and weekends 8. RTO: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; travelers may be submitted for 1 job at a time within Cleveland Clinic Health System 11. Background: Background hits reviewed but will not accept any traveler with an open case 12. Modules: Average 6-15 hours; 4 hours billable, additional time non-billable; completed pre-start and annually via Silkroad 13. Travel Experience: Must have permanent experience prior to travel 14.
