- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required, prefer 5 years; will not consider less than 3 years 2. Cases: HARDSTOPS - experience in Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Robotics, and TRAUMA required; Trauma IS A HARDSTOP REQUIREMENT 3. Certifications: BLS, CST, NBSTSA required; preferred certified CST; copies required at submission 4. License: CA state license preferred; valid CA License in hand required; pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Call required per needs of unit; weekend work per needs of unit; variable shift times (7am, 9am, 11am, 3pm); may need to cover one night shift within contract as needed 8. RTO: No more than 7 days; must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: 3 months to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower rate; float required to Queen, Petaluma Valley, Healdsburg 11. Background: Not specified 12.
