- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Outpatient, Community Hospital, ORTHO, Neuro, Vascular experience required; Inpatient, Trauma preferred 3. Certifications: BLS required, NBSTSA required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid CA License in hand required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: One weeknight per week on-call, every 2nd or 3rd Saturday or Sunday 0700-0700 (20 min response time); 3 weekends per schedule required; may need to cover one night shift within contract 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; approval based on facility needs; only one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: 3 months to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
