- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; 3 years listed in qualifications 2. Cases: Must be strong in Neuro, Spine and Ortho; Strong Neuro, Spine, and Total Joint experience required; Experience with Neuro, Spine, Ortho and DaVinci required 3. Certifications: CST licensure (NBSTSA), BLS (AHA) required; All certs must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal 4. License: Valid State License required at time of submission 5. Education: HS Diploma, GED or equivalent 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5X8 variable - start times from 0645A-1300; weekends included in schedule rotation; On-call required (PRN) 8. RTO: Only one holiday will be approved 9. Returning Staff: Return Staff Policy - gone 1 yr to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles travel requirement; locals accepted at local rate 11. Background: Must disclose any background hits or DUIs prior to submission; 7-Year Work History Verification required 12.
