Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years experience in a hospital setting required; Cardiac, Vascular and Thoracic Experience required 2. Cases: CABG, Valves, TAVR, EVAR, TEVAR, Carotid endarterectomy, fistula creation/interventions, VATS, thoracomy, fem-pop bypass, angiograms with interventions, LVAD, RVAD, ECMO; Level 2 trauma coverage for all vascular and thoracic procedures 3. Certifications: BLS/ACLS required 4. License: NH license must be in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech; Experience with Meditech preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 6:00AM-3:00PM scheduled shifts, plus call and late stays; Call requirement is one weekend a month and 2-3 days per week; 30 min call back time 8.
