Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 2 years recent hospital experience within OR specialty 2. Cases: Ambulatory OR, General OR, Pedi General OR, Ophthalmology (Hardstop) 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CST via NBSTA or TS-C via NCCT required 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; absolutely no license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days 0700-1730; 30 minute call response time 8. RTO: No more than 5 days per 13 weeks; NO HOLIDAY RTO at all 9. Returning Staff: Must have minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals NOT eligible 11. Background: Must provide current valid DL and utility bill with matching address within last 3 months 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; non-clinical hours billable, clinical hours non-billable; completed during orientation 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Surgery Equipment preferred: Lap, Robot, Eye constellation, microscope Critical: Must float to other areas/facilities up to 75 miles. Two supervisory references required.
