- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years recent experience required; must have current First Assist experience 2. Cases: Strong experience in Ortho required; experience in Endoscopy, General, and ENT cases required 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; copies required to submit 4. License: Active Compact or State License in hand required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Call rotation plus every 6th or 7th weekend; float required within scope of practice; must accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one week 3x12, next week 4x12) 8. RTO: Up to 7 days considered; must be presented upfront with no changes accepted; must work either major or minor of every holiday; blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated 9.
