- Unit Notes:**Medical Solutions Clinical Team will pre-screen all candidates. Managers will do 2nd interview** PAY OT after 40 hours/week. (RC = 40 reg hours) BILL OT after 40 hours/week. (RC = OT rate in OT field) FLAT RATE FOR ALL OT (RC=SAME RATE IN OT AS IN REG) - Unit: OR - # suites: 7 - # of cases per day : 18-20 - Certs/Tech certified: ACLS, BLS; CST preferred for Techs - Ratios: 1:1; 2:1 - EMR: Cerner - Charge Nurse: YES - OR techs: YES - Weekend Requirement - RN's: NO - Weekend Requirement - CST's: NO - Call Requirement - RN's: YES. Some nights and weekends; 1 week nights per week. 2, 12 hour weekend call shifts a month - Call Requirement - CST's: YES.
