Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5 years required; must have CVOR, general OR and trauma experience 2. Cases: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Angioplasty/stenting, Aortic Aneurysm repair, Aortobifemoral bypass, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), CVOR, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Mitral valve replacement, TAVR, and other cardiovascular procedures 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required in hand; CST, NBSTSA required; CVOR certified required 4. License: Wisconsin/compact license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s Days; heavy call requirements with 30-minute call range 8. RTO: Required upon submission 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for locals; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Background hits accepted on case by case basis 12. Modules: Non-billable if completed within first 8 hours of orientation, average 3-4 hours; recorded via facility report 13.
