- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum experience in specialty required 2. Cases: Cardiovascular and thoracic procedures including CABG, valve replacements, TAVR, EVAR, TEVAR, carotid procedures, and vascular surgeries 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBSTSA required; must be in-hand at submission 4. License: Must have license in hand to submit 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: One weekend per month required; on-call required 8. RTO: Pre-approved time off available 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates are 75 miles or less; lower rate for locals 11. Background: Must disclose any background hits/license hits at time of submission 12.
