- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: At least 1 year required; must have Cardio Thoracic & Vascular experience 2. Cases: CVOR, Aortic Aneurysm repair, Angioplasty/stenting, Atrial Septal defect repair, Cardiomyoplasty, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR), Laparoscopic Cardiac Surgery, Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) 3. Certifications: BLS, NBSTSA required 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Charting System Experience required - Any system 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required nights, weekends, & holidays; expected ratios 1:3 8. RTO: 7 days max (Aya and Client offer); must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must include response about previous Providence facility work 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13.
