- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: CVOR cases including Coronary Artery Bypass, Valve Repair/Replacement, Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm Repair, TAVR, TMVR; General, Ortho, Endo, Laparoscopic, Vascular, Thoracic, Open Heart cases 3. Certifications: BLS required; copies not required for submittal 4. License: License in hand or compact required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC required for all nursing specialties 7. Shifts/Call: Call required; float required to Main OR or OSC 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Staff must wait 2 years before allowed to travel 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; travelers within 75 miles accepted at lower bill rate 11. Background: Facility open to some background issues with explanation 12. Modules: Average 2 hours, non-billable, completed during orientation and annually via DevelopYou transcripts 13.
