- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty 2. Cases: Heart and lung transplants required; trauma cases required; Level 2 experience required; Level 1 experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS certified; CST (Certified Surgical Technician) from National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting preferred 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at submission; will not accept any licensure hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 1 weekday call per week and 1 full weekend per 4 weeks; PACU call response time 1 hour; weekday call 8PM-6AM; weekend call divided into 6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM shifts 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; only two pre-approved; any time off sent after offer will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for 6 months to return as traveler; must note at submission if previously worked at facility for rehire eligibility check 10.
