- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years current and previous experience required; 2 years of experience in Specialty required to submit for consideration 2. Cases: Must have Fresh Heart experience; Cardiovascular procedures 3. Certifications: AHA BLS required; NCCT or AST required; copies required to submit 4. License: Active Compact or State License in Hand required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 8 hour shifts; On call required 2 days per week, EOW; Must accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one week 3x12, next week 4x12) 8. RTO: ARH will consider up to 7 days of RTO; must be presented up front with no changes accepted; must work either a major or minor of every holiday 9. Returning Staff: After working one year, travelers must take minimum 6 month break from system prior to being eligible to return 10.
