- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5+ years total CST experience; 2+ years in cardiac & vascular; 1 year CVOR experience; 1 year in Level I Trauma facility 2. Cases: CVOR procedures (CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, valve replacement), General OR, Thoracic, Vascular 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: RNs must have valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission; MRI techs can submit without OH license 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Evenings 2x8 and 2x12 (1430-2300 and 1030-2300) with call required; must be flexible; weekend rotation; possibility of working anywhere in 0630-2300 timeframe 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; only one approved 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once they have been away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: 1st time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Scrub experience required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical Exemptions Only 16.
