- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1st timers not accepted 2. Cases: Vascular OR cases with Hybrid OR; Endovascular experience, Vascular service line, EVAR; prefer experience with CSI, Penumbra 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred, Pyxis 7. Shifts/Call: Approximately 2 weekends of call and 8-10 weekdays of call per 8 week schedule; 4-5 per week with every other weekend 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; Spring Break blackout (April 4th-12th); Holiday restrictions based on number of holidays in assignment period 9. Returning Staff: Internal staff must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year before applying as traveler; Return travelers who cancel or receive DNR must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates accepted at same bill rate; Travel experience required 11. Background: Not specified 12.
