- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; unit accepts first time travelers 2. Cases: Cardiovascular/thoracic, Transplant & Robotics (Thoracic) preferred 3. Shifts/Call: 1 day a week and 1 weekend every 4ish weeks, subject to change based on departmental needs 8.
