- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 4 years of Operating Room experience required prior to travel; must have Neurology, Transplant, General Surgery, GYN and Ortho experience 2. Cases: Service lines include Bariatrics, Urology, Neurology, ENT, Oral, Plastics, Transplant, Ophthalmology, General surgery, GYN & Orthopedics 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Variable call - discussed during interview; every other weekend; floating within facility/scope of practice and to Outpatient as needed 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO or schedule requests post offer or onsite; holiday RTO restrictions based on number of holidays during assignment 9.
