- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first timers accepted 2. Cases: Outpatient Surgery with 13 rooms; various procedures including bronchoscopy, colonoscopy, general surgery, orthopedic, urologic procedures 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required 4. License: GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred; also uses Pyxis, SBAR 7. Shifts/Call: No call required but must provide coverage for cases that run late; every other weekend unless shifts specified 8. RTO: MAX 7 days per contract; no holiday RTO if 1-2 major holidays during assignment; if 3 major holidays, must work 2 and can request 1 holiday off 9. Returning Staff: Must be away 1 full year from all Piedmont facilities to return as traveler; if unable to return to one facility, must complete successful assignment outside Piedmont before rebooking new location 10.
