- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; must have extensive experience in Hepatobiliary, Whipple and Abdominal Organ transplant; proficient in complex Spine, ENT, Neuro, intrabdominal transplant 2. Cases: Neurosurgery cranial, Neurosurgery Spine, Orthopedic spine, ENT, Transplant, Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) Surgery; first-timers accepted only with experience in Neuro/Spine/ENT 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS required by compliance deadline for RNs; must be obtained by compliance hard document deadline 4. License: MO license or compact license required; Illinois license required at time of submission; compact license must match permanent residence state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 1030-2300; on-call required after shift until 0630 possible weekends; response time 45 minutes; 5-6 call shifts per 6 week period 8. RTO: No more than 7 days per 13 week contract; no RTO first week; every other weekend required 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 75 mile radius rule; no locals accepted 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must be completed 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
