Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 3 years required per director, no exceptions; must be proficient in Ortho (total joints), general, and OB 2. Cases: Orthopedics, GYN, Podiatry, General, Endoscopy, Labor and Delivery c-sections 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; copies not required for submittal 4. License: KS license; license in hand or compact required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Charting system experience required; any system acceptable; no specific charting required 7. Shifts/Call: Call every 5th or 6th weekend and one day during the week; weekend call every 6th weekend 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off periods allowed 9. Returning Staff: No specified policy in place 10. Travel/Local: No mile radius limit; locals accepted at same rate; travelers may float to different units 11. Background: Facility is lenient; will reach out once offered 12. Modules: 1 hour average, completed pre-start, non-billable; tracked in WorkRamp 13.
