Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; NRP preferred; EKG/Dysrhythmia competency and Moderate Sedation required during compliance; Basic Dysrhythmia and moderate sedation course within last year 4. Shifts/Call: 3x12s Days 0700-1930 (Wed/Thurs/Fri); on call one night/week 7p-7a; required Friday call shift; holiday call either 11a-11p or 11p-11a 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13 weeks; no holiday RTO accepted 9. Returning Staff: Minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS required; first-timers accepted 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; must float to other areas including other Integris facilities up to 75 miles 11. Background: Current valid driver's license and utility bill required with submission; address must be greater than 75 miles from facility 12.
