Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of experience required; Level I Trauma experience, CVOR, and general OR experience required 2. Cases: Hipec Cases when floating to Jack & Sheryl Morris Cancer Center 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS highly preferred; all certifications required at time of submission unless otherwise specified 4. License: Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC and Pyxis charting systems; 4 hours of EPIC training required 7. Shifts/Call: 6am-4pm shifts; no weekends required; no on-call required 8. RTO: Any time off must be sent with submittal and approved before offer; screenshot of candidate confirming RTO schedule requests required; RTO after offer will NOT be accommodated; must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays 9. Returning Staff: RWJBH staff must be gone from health system minimum 1 year before eligible for travel assignments 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Open/active background hits and/or license hits NOT accepted 12. Modules: Non-billable; RN average 18 hours, Allied average 1 hour; completed pre-start and annually; includes EPIC training, RWJBH annuals, Baxter pump training 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
