- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; at least 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Weekend RN must have Ortho, Neuro, General, XI/DV5 Robot, & Trauma experience 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CNOR required 4. License: Compact license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday); 12-hour shifts; no on-call required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO up-front during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals accepted at lower bill rate 11. Background: Facility does not accept Nursys or background hits 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13.
