- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 4+ years in OR required; 2 years specialty experience required 2. Cases: Must be well rounded and able to circulate a variety of cases; trauma experience required 3. Certifications: BLS required; CNOR preferred 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at submission; no licensure hits accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend only position; possible 2 late stays per week for 2 hours past shift; possible weekends 8.
