- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty 2. Cases: Trauma Level 1 ortho procedures, elective total joint replacement, MAKO robotic total knee and hip procedures, fracture management, sports medicine, basic spinal cases 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (all must be American Heart Association) 4. License: State or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required; GE and Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Mon 1030-11pm, Tuesday 1030-11pm, Friday 0630-7pm; requires call and holidays; 3-4 weekend shifts per month 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Cannot be a return traveler to Ortho Tennessee 10. Travel/Local: Must live at least 50 miles from facility; no locals 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Yes; must have completed minimum of two Aya Travel assignments; no first-time travelers 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
