Cases: Strong experience in Ortho; Experience in Endoscopy, General, and ENT cases required 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required; copies required for submission 4. Shifts/Call: Call rotation plus every 6 or 7th weekend; float required within scope of practice; must accept 84 hours per two weeks scheduling (one week 3x12, next week 4x12) 8.
