Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; minimum 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: TAVR procedures (approximately 3 per week), cardiac cases (program is small, some weeks no cardiac cases), general/ortho/spine or robot experience helpful 3. Certifications: BCLS required, ACLS and BLS listed; LA fire card within last 30 days required 4. License: CA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting system; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required - 2 primary weekday calls (2230-0600), 2 secondary weekday calls (2230-0600), 2 primary weekend calls (12-hour shifts), 2 secondary weekend calls (12-hour shifts) in 6-week cycle 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; 7 days for offers; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility work history 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles considered local; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires approval 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
