- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum experience in specialty required 2. Cases: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Aortic Aneurysm repair, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), CVOR, Mitral valve replacement, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), and other cardiovascular/thoracic procedures 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CNOR, PALS required; must be in-hand at submission 4. License: AZ or Compact license required; must be in hand to submit 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required; one weekend per month required 8. RTO: Pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates 75 miles or less; lower rate for locals 11. Background: Must disclose background hits/license hits at time of submission 12. Modules: Billable up to 8 hours; completed onsite or at home pre-start and annually; recorded by facility 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
