- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2.5 years required 2. Cases: CVOR; Hybrid Room experience required. Cardiovascular: Valve replacement, CABG, TAVR, Aortic aneurysm repair, Dissection, VATs. Vascular: Endovascular AAA, Carotid endarterectomy, Arteriogram, Angiogram, TCAR, AV fistula, Femoral popliteal bypass graft. Must have some degree of transplant experience (Cardiac, lung, and/or kidney experience highly preferred). Circulate required, scrub preferred. 3. Certifications: BLS, NIHSS required at time of submission 4. License: Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 7a-7:30p shifts; On-call 24 hours SAT/SUN (one weekend per month), on-call 8-hour shift 2 weekdays (either 3-11 or 11-7) 8. RTO: Priority given to submits with screenshot confirming RTO and schedule requests. No requests approved after offer. Must work 2 of 3 holidays. 9. Returning Staff: RWJBH staff must be gone from system minimum 1 year before eligible for travel assignments 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Open/active background hits and/or license hits NOT accepted 12. Modules: Non-billable, 4 hours EPIC training and up to 18 hours additional. Average 18 hours for RNs. Completed pre-start and annually. 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Hospital provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing. References required. Must float to Main OR for various cases.
