- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; unit accepts first time travelers 2. Cases: 25 surgical cases daily 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; CNOR and TNCC preferred; $125 pre-application fee required for CVOR First Assistant, OR Tech First Assistant, and RNFA 4.
