Experience: 2 years prior experience in a similar size facility with similar services; must have CV experience and experience with cardiac surgeries including coronary artery bypass, valve replacements, davinci assisted thoracoscopy 2. Cases: Cardiac, general, vascular, neuro, spine, trauma, ortho, ortho/trauma, burn, ent, transplant, robotic procedures 3. Certifications: Graduate of accredited CORT school; CST from NBSTSA or TS-C from NCCT required upon hire; BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: CST Certified Surgical Technologist, or TS-C Tech in Surgery - Certified, or Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate 6. EMR: Meditech documentation system 7.
