- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Broad knowledge and competency in all surgical cases including CABG, MVR, AVR, TVR, ECMO, TAVR, TCAR, Impella insertion/removal, laser lead extraction, and Thoracic/Lung procedures; cardiovascular and thoracic robot experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: Active compact or TN license required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience within past 12 months required and must be clearly documented on profile; must pass Epic competency exam with only one attempt allowed 7. Shifts/Call: Contract 6a-2:30p; call 1 night per week (2:30pm until 6am next morning) and every 5th weekend (Saturday 7am until Monday 6am) 8. RTO: All RTO must be disclosed at submission; additional RTO not approved after submission; one pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Must indicate if candidate is return traveler for staffing approval confirmation 10.
