Cases: Broad knowledge and competency in all surgical cases including CABG, MVR, AVR, TVR, ECMO, TAVR, TCAR, Impella insertion/removal, and Thoracic/Lung procedures; Cardiovascular and Thoracic robot experience required 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS and NIH required; all certifications must be in hand at submission 4. License: Compact or TN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience within last 12 months required; must pass competency exam (1 attempt, will cancel if fail) 7. Shifts/Call: Contract 6a-230p; call 1 night weekly (14 hrs 5p-7a) and every 4th-5th weekend Sat & Sun (48 hrs 7a-7a) 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; additional RTO will not be approved; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Note if return traveler for staffing contact review 10.
