- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required (though 2 years minimum mentioned in compliance section) 2. Cases: CABG, AVR, AAA, MVR, Minimally invasive valve, VATS, Mediastinoscopy, RATS, CVL support with carotid cutdowns and laser lead standby; General, Cardiovascular/Thoracic, Laparoscopic required 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, CNOR, PALS, TNCC preferred; must be AHA certified 4. License: WA RN or Compact RN license in-hand required for RN jobs 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days; at least 1 weekend/month, 5 weekday evenings/month call required 8. RTO: 5 days maximum; must include all RTO at time of submittal; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: 3 month rule to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted 11. Background: Must notify of background or Nursys hits at submittal; can submit with hits but must get written client approval 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14.
